Navnath Bhaktisar Adhyay 40 is the most important chapter in the book. As it is a big book, most of the devotees read only this adhyay daily. It contains the essence of the whole Navnath Bhaktisar. Reading this chapter is like reading the whole book. If you can’t read the whole chapter on a busy day, it is okay to read only one ovi also, but it is advised to read it daily. You should not eat non-veg or drink alcohol on the day you read it.
